Tech and Tips with Kelsey
Learn how technology can make your life easier!
Book a 1:1 appointment with our resident tech guru, Kelsey. As a CI user and tech guru, Kelsey can assist with any of the above by explaining the complicated tech world in simple language and processes that are easy to follow and understand.
Kelsey can assist with the following:
+ Basic computer technology education (keyboard, mouse, copy/paste, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Google searching, etc)
+ Basic cell phone/tablet education (initial set-up, making and receiving phone calls, sending and receiving text messages, installing/deleting/rearranging apps, etc)
+ Accessibility education (settings adjustments on computers, tablets and cell phones for vision, hearing, mobility,
+ Accessibility app installation and usage for vision or hearing loss, captioning/voice to text apps, and hearing aids app usage and hearing aid pairing)
·+ Basic troubleshooting (cell phone and tablet error research and solution attempts and recommendations, basic computer virus/malware cleaning)
·+ Bluetooth pairing, education, and usage for headphones, speakers, microphones, keyboards and mice, hearing aids and accessories
+ CI Tech Support
Cost:
Regular: $15
IDHHC Members: $10 (IDHHC annual memberships are $25 and can be purchased here)
